We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE. More payment options coming soon.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@emisouq.ae.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–4 business days. You'll receive an SMS or call from our courier before delivery.
Do you deliver across all of UAE?
Yes, we deliver to all emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum order value. Free shipping on orders above AED 150.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Email support@emisouq.ae with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup within 2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
